In the 2019/20 school year, we delivered The Sebastian Eke Prize to the Best Students In Commerce at the Federal Government Girls’ College Onitsha during their 41st Annual Speech Day and Prize Giving Ceremony.
This cash reward helped each student purchase basic hygiene products, start savings and continue to build entrepreneurial skills while incentivizing them towards greater academic excellence in business knowledge.
The Awardees are:
- Nonyelum Nwolisa – SS. 1
- Chinazo Mbonu – SS. 2
- Chidera Oraka – SS. 3
Respectively, Sebastine and Austin had studied and worked in the Banking, Finance and Accounting professions. They shared a love for Commerce. This will be the first of an annual prize giving programme for schools in our area of focus.
